Just because you are filing an extension does not mean you get an extension on payment.

This is the first year I discovered 3rd parties to take credit card payments for your tax liability. Of course the fees are comparable to neteller, but some ppl love those pts and miles.

I seem to remember reading somwhere that if you owe extra taxes to the IRS , they will allow you to to have a payment plan. Not sure of the interest rate or for how long they do it. But I'd ask them before borrowing from Visa or Mastercard, etc..
